Becoming The Lice Fairies

We are so glad you're here and our hope is that we can take away the stress, confusion and overwhelm you may be feeling the moment you discover......YOU HAVE LICE!

 

We were there too! Between the two of us, we have eight children (seven of whom are girls with thick, long hair!) After the third time we had lice in three months we felt so defeated and desperate to figure out a solution.

 

After some research we discovered what professional lice clinics were doing that we weren't. They use a special heated air machine to dehydrate the nits that are hard to see and easy to miss when combing. With the machine, even if nits are missed during combing, they’re heated to a temperature they can’t withstand, causing them to dehydrate and die—effectively ending the lice life cycle. Bingo!  Kristin ended up hiring a professional to use the machine on her family, and she finally got rid of lice for good! But it came at a high price. 

 

This is where our business idea came to life. We want other families to have access to the same machine we didn’t—without the high costs of a professional clinic or hiring someone to come to your home. For our families, it would have cost over $1,500 to take everyone to a clinic! That was an expense we weren’t willing or able to take on. We want to offer other families a solution that works the first time, at a price comparable to sending just one family member to a lice clinic. 

 

We’re moms just like you—we get it. Lice can be incredibly stressful, but it doesn’t have to be anymore! We will be there with you every step of the way!
